The Stories We Carry is a 90-minute, intimate workshop designed to illuminate these patterns and help you consciously re-author your story. Guided by Aubrey Aust — relational philosopher, educator, and MA candidate at NYU — this gathering blends psychology, philosophy, and reflective practice in a warm, accessible space.
A celebration of the tunes that keep Flower Cat afloat- we will have a live band in house with a catalog of some of our favorite women-lead songs of the 90s and early 2000s. Think: Torn by Natalie Imbruglia, Wide Open Spaces by The Chicks, Fast Car by Tracy Chapman… what an era!
