More information & registration here.

Aubrey Aust facilitates workshops at the intersection of psychology, somatics, and relational practice. Her work creates space to examine what we carry and practice setting it down.

Uranus in Gemini workshop with E Wray

In April, Uranus — the planetary god of rebellion, revolution, and surprise — ends its 7 year transit through Taurus, and embarks on a new journey through Gemini. Uranus transits can correspond with periods of innovation in different parts of our lives. In this workshop, we’ll reflect on what it means to revolt, and practice ways to engage with this archetype from a place of caution, curiosity, and care.

This 2 hour workshop will include some lecture, some discussion, Q&A, and some exercises to practice with your own chart. I'll also provide some journaling prompts for reflection.

The Light Map Workshop for Adults of Narcissistic and Dysfunctional Families

This survivor-led workshop is for adults who grew up in narcissistic, emotionally immature, or dysfunctional families and are ready to move beyond survival patterns and reconnect with their authentic selves.

I’m Connor VanAllman, founder of Sage Cycle Breaking. I grew up in a narcissistic family, broke the cycle, and now guide others in reclaiming their lives with clarity and self-trust.

In this workshop, we’ll explore:

  • Your survival self vs. real self

  • The subtle ways family patterns still shape you

  • How to gain clarity about who you truly are

This space is designed for adults focused on their own growth and intuition.

Please note: this is a coaching workshop, not therapy or crisis support. The focus is forward-moving personal development.

Building Uncertainty Tolerance with Aubrey Aust
Feb

7:30 PM19:30

Building Uncertainty Tolerance with Aubrey Aust

Uncertainty is not just a mental challenge; it’s a psychological and nervous system experience.

Building Uncertainty Tolerance: What We Do When We Don’t Know is a 90-minute reflective workshop exploring how humans respond to ambiguity, open-ended situations, and the absence of clear answers. Drawing from psychological research on uncertainty tolerance, attachment, and embodied regulation, this gathering examines why not knowing can feel so destabilizing and what actually helps us remain oriented when clarity isn’t available.

Through a blend of short lecture, guided journaling, reflective exercises, and optional group discussion, participants will explore:

  • Why uncertainty activates anxiety, rumination, and urgency

  • How personal narratives shape our relationship to control and ambiguity

  • The role of the nervous system in responding to the unknown

  • Practical ways to build steadiness without forcing resolution

This workshop is for anyone navigating transition, waiting, or unanswered questions and who wants to relate to uncertainty with more capacity, understanding, and self-trust.

No prior experience necessary. Come as you are.

Flower Cat Conversations: Generative Creativity

Flower Cat Conversations: Generative Creativity

For this month’s Flower Cat Conversation, all attendees will be asked to bring in a small work (can be anything; drawing, poem, short piece of writing, painting-- can also be a reproduction of any of these things) which will serve as a prompt for another attendee to create from.

For example:
I bring in a drawing I made of a flower, Mackenzie brings in a poem she wrote about a river. She takes my drawing and uses it as a prompt to create from, while I take her poem and use it as a prompt to create from.

In this way, we begin to have creative conversations with each other. It will be light-hearted and fun-- no pressure to bring in or create a masterpiece! We encourage you to bring something that might not be finished, as someone else's perspective may offer inspiration for the final iteration of whatever you create.

Materials like pens and paper will be provided, but please bring anything else you'd like!

Presence Meditation with Loulou

“Whatever the present moment contains, accept it as if you had chosen it.“ - Eckhart Tolle

With the beginning of a new year, we are once again reminded of the passing of time. Instead of only focusing on all the practical things we want to accomplish, how can we transform our entire lives by simply making the commitment to be as present as possible and accept whatever is in front of us, knowing it won‘t last forever?

We will start with some grounding breathwork and then flow into a meditation to deepen our connection and understanding of what it means to be present in this current reality 🦋

Sliding scale (Please join even if you can‘t chip in)
