Antiphonies: A Creative Workshop with Savannah James

8:00 PM20:00

Antiphonies: A Creative Workshop with Savannah James

an evening of inspiring each other and cultivating dialogue across various mediums—

all attendees are asked to bring in a small work (can be anything; drawing, poem, short piece of writing, painting— can also be a reproduction of any of these things) which will serve as a prompt for another attendee to create from.

Antiphonies are traditionally a call and response type of singing, usually performed in hymns or work songs. The conversation of inspiration that occurs between artist, artwork, and viewer, is like a song of call and response. When an artist puts their work out into the world, it not only is a vehicle of expression, but an opportunity for someone else to become inspired, and ultimately create from.

Pet Psychic Group Readings with Emily Snyder

Step into an intimate evening of pet readings at Flower Cat, given gallery style in a group setting. Psychic Medium Emily Snyder connects you with the animals — past and present — in your life.

Bring a photo of your pet! A photo helps Emily tune in, whether your animal is still with you or has passed. Prints or phone screens both work.

Come with a few yes/no questions about your pets too — there'll be a fast-paced lightning round where you can put them to Emily directly.

Everyone in the room will receive a reading, though some may be brief. All are welcome — curious, skeptical, or anywhere in between.

Drink specials available throughout the night.

Spots are limited to 18 — grab yours here before they're gone!
